What are 3 arguments as to why hand-held gadgets should be banned while driving? What arguments could be raised on both sides of this issue? Would this law be a reasonable limit to our liberty? How would the courts decide any challenge to this law?

I’m planning to buy a digital camera , and i’m thinking on buying online because the mall price is way too expensive . Does anyone know here a multiply site that sells original gadgets?
